We just found out about this:

On Tuesday, 31 March 1998 at 2:00 pm, the House Committee on 
International Relations will be meeting in 2172 Rayburn House Office 
Bldg. to hold a hearing on United States anti-drug policy towards 
Colombia.

This is in connection with H.RES.398 BY GILMAN (R-NY), the 
"Resolution Concerning the Procurement of Military Helicopters to 
Colombia".
