URGENT ACTION TO CLOSE THE SOA!!!!!

It is highly probable that the Senate will vote on legislation to cut
funds to the SOA on Friday, July 24.  This is much sooner than
expected.  It is critical that you flood your senator's offices with
calls over the next few days.   Even if you have called before, call
again, asking that your senator vote yes on any amendments to the
foreign operations bill that cut funding to the SOA.

We also expect a House vote as early as July 28, so keep up the calls to
your representatives.  Many have not yet decided how they will vote, so
your calls make a difference.
